Instructions

Mount the equipment and place your feet on the foot rests. Breathe in deeply. Grasp the handles. Push with your legs and pull with your arms at the same time. Breathe out and return to the starting position.

Pause briefly and repeat the exercise between 5 to 20 times according to your physical condition.
